  • How do I request an appointment?
    Requesting an appointment is easy - just click here and fill out our form. It only takes a few minutes and allows us to prepare a tailored experience just for you! Please be patient, after you submit your request we typically respond within two business days. The salon is open Wednesday - Saturday but we may be able to accommodate special requests for in-home appointments.
  • What hairstyling services do you offer?
    We offer a variety of hairstyling services tailored specifically to your needs - from professional relaxers and hair coloring to "the big chop" and total makeovers. Please click here to fill out our appointment request form and tell us more about what you're looking for.
  • What is your service area?
    We typically take in-home appointments anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. Please note that appointments greater than 10 miles from the salon will incur an additional travel fee.
  • How should I prepare for my mobile hairstyling service?
    To ensure we make the most of our time together, please prepare a space for us outdoors with easy access to a sink and an extension cord for heat styling as needed. You will need to go inside to rinse if your appointment requires dye or relaxer.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    As your in-home appointment requires careful coordination and planning, we require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Deposits for service will be returned less a 25% processing fee. Any cancellations on shorter notice will forfeit your deposit.
  • How much do mobile hairstyling services cost?
    Mobile hairstyling services start at $250 and vary depending on the type of services you are booking. A deposit of $50 is required for all in-home hairstyling services, refundable only for a cancellation that adheres to our cancelation policy. This deposit covers travel within 10 miles of the shop and does not count toward your service.
  • How do I get a complete makeover?
    We handle a wide variety of hairstyling makeover services. For all other beauty services such as nails, makeup, facials, etc. we encourage you to support other small business owners in your area. We are happy to provide referrals as appropriate but do not guarantee any services outside of our hairstyling work.
  • Do you offer braiding services?
    We do not offer braiding services at this time.
  • What are you COVID safety procedures?
    In general we only use high quality cleaning protocols for the salon and all the supplies used for each service. Please let us know when booking your appointment if you have COVID safety concerns and we will be sure to request that you dedicate an outdoor space for your service and your technician will mask at your appointment.
